Play Proposals for 2026-2027 Season

The performance dates for the 2026-2027 season are:

• Fall - September 11, 12, 13, 2026 (Tech 9/6-9/10)
• December 4, 5, 6, 2026 (Tech 11/29-12/3)
• Winter - March 19, 20, 21, 2027 (Tech 3/14-3/18)
• April 17, 2027 (Sensory-friendly production)
• Spring - May 7, 8, 9, 2027 (Tech 5/2-5/6)

For members’ convenience in preparing to choose the 2026-2027 season at our May 19th meeting, here (in alphabetical order by title) is a list of the proposals received so far:

Amadeus. (Full Proposal - Fall, Winter, or Spring
    Director:  TJ Johnston
    Synopsis:  Aging composer Antonio Salieri recounts the story of how his envy of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and his anger at God for not giving him the talent that Mozart has, ends up destroying both men.  While a tragedy, Amadeus explores themes of whether greatness is earned or bestowed, feelings of not quite being good enough, the close ties between envy and hate, and how hate eventually hurts the hater as much or more than the hated.
    Characters:  6 men, 3 women, 5 any.
